It's the birthday of Jesus

Of course, Dec. 25 is not the exact date of the birth of Jesus. We do not know the exact date. But we know that He was born, and we know the reason He was born. In Luke 19:10 Jesus described His mission: "For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.

The celebration of the Savior's birth is a celebration of His coming and a celebration of His purpose. I can't imagine a better way to rejoice in His birth than to present the gospel to those He came to redeem and to sacrificially assist those who are on the front lines of introducing others to Jesus. Pray for the missionaries who are supported by the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, and please give VERY generously to support the proclamation of the gospel around the world.

More information about the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions is available on the International Mission Board website. Please keep praying for our missionaries.
