Don't stop praying

In a series of admonitions to the church at Thessalonica, Paul said, "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). That’s a good word for us today. Don’t stop praying.

Keep praying for the justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. Keep praying for all elected officials. Keep praying for all law enforcement officers. Keep praying for your pastor and other church leaders. Keep praying for spiritual awakening. Keep praying for the annual meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention next week in Columbus, Ohio.

If you are not able to travel to Columbus, click here to watch the SBC call to prayer online. But don’t just
watch! Join this call to prayer. Invite some fellow believers to gather in your home and pray together.

We'll be covering the events in Columbus next week. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook. Thank you for depending on the Biblical Recorder as your source for news and information with a biblical worldview!
