Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary’s (SEBTS) Amy Whitfield was named associate vice president for communications at the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee. SEBTS recently hosted their annual 9Marks Conference, which focused on prayer

Biblical Recorder staff will be covering the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission’s national conference Thursday through Saturday in Dallas, Texas. This year’s event was changed from its original theme to address sex abuse in Southern Baptist churches. The conference is titled “Caring Well: Equipping Churches to Confront the Abuse Crisis.”
