During this meeting the committee approved a proposal to form a new team to meet the growing need for church revitalization across North Carolina, and other staff reassignments.

Coats for the City was set up to both get warm coats to needy people, and by having pastors and church planters lead in distribution, provide a way for new churches to meet local residents and share the gospel.
