They “took it to the streets” by providing six backyard Bible club-style VBS events in neighborhoods throughout Louisville.     Asian churches delivered 500 meals to Asian refugees in downtown Charlotte in a pre-Thanksgiving blitz to provide food and get acquainted with the newcomers. Metrolina Baptist Association workers, who helped with the project, have counted 180 language/people groups in the Charlotte area.
