N.C. Baptists are partnering with the worship training platform The Worship Initiative to equip churches with resources, training material and additional support as they seek to strengthen their worship ministries.
This partnership, established through N.C. Baptist generosity, allows churches to receive premier-tier discounts on monthly team plans available on The Worship Initiative platform. A subscription to a team plan provides users access to over 1,000 worship ministry resources — including training videos, online devotionals, musical development resources, worship song tutorials and more.
Any church in partnership with N.C. Baptists is now eligible for the discounted pricing.
“I love to find partnerships that will help resource our N.C. Baptist worship leaders beyond the resources we already offer,” said Kenny Lamm, worship ministry strategist for N.C. Baptists. “Our new partnership with The Worship Initiative will bring a host of great worship resources to our churches at a more affordable rate.”
Established in 2014 by Christian worship band Shane and Shane, The Worship Initiative works in coordination with worship leaders and ministry teams to help the church “sing the truth of God’s Word.” The platform offers monthly subscriptions based on team sizes, as well as an individual plan starting at $13 per month.
“There’s nothing we would like more than the chance to get to pour into your worship leader — encourage them, equip them, your music teams and all who aspire to be on them,” said Shane Barnard, musical artist with Shane and Shane and cofounder of The Worship Initiative. “It’s why we exist as The Worship Initiative.”
Discounts for N.C. Baptist teams are based on tiers, with 25-user accounts now being offered the price of 10-user accounts, 10-user accounts now receiving the price of 5-user accounts, and 5-user accounts now receiving a 50% discount. No discounts are available for individual subscriptions. Pricing tier details can be found in the image below.
To begin the subscription process, N.C. Baptist ministry teams are encouraged to schedule a consultation with Andrew McKinney, executive vice president of sales & customer success with The Worship Initiative, available by clicking here. Teams can also learn more about the partnership by reading here and visiting renewingworshipnc.org.
“We really hope it’s a tool that encourages and develops holistic, healthy worshipers who hold the Word of God highly as they lead in corporate spaces for the local church,” McKinney said.
