Center Cross Baptist Church, Asheboro, North Carolina, in rural Southern Randolph County is seeking a full-time and/or Bi-vocational pastor who is a born-again believer with a testimony of salvation and stands in agreement with the “Baptist Faith and Message.”  We are affiliated with of the Randolph Baptist Association and the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. We are a small country church with loving and God-fearing members. We are looking for a Preacher/Pastor to share God’s word, and who cares for his people. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Preaching and teaching from the Scripture to inspire and challenge our congregation; providing pastoral care; counseling and support to individuals and families; leading and participating in worship service, ceremonies, and special events; collaborating with church leadership to develop and implement ministries and programs; engaging in community outreach events; and visiting members especially those who are experiencing sickness. A family-sized parsonage, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, study/office, with a full-basement with an additional bedroom and bath, plus storage area, is available.
