Hotel availability update for 2025 SBC annual meeting in Dallas
DALLAS (BP) — As the 2025 Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) annual meeting approaches, those in need of hotel accommodations have one month left to secure rooms at reduced rates. To date, more than 17,000 room nights have been reserved across nearly three dozen partner hotels in the Dallas area. While rooms remain available, availability varies based on arrival and departure dates.
The deadline to receive the special SBC-negotiated rates is May 8, 2025. Reservations canceled after this date may incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
For attendees staying at hotels beyond walking distance from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, complimentary shuttle services will be provided. Details regarding shuttle routes and schedules will be posted soon at sbcannualmeeting.net.
