Hallsville Baptist Church of Hallsville is a spirit-filled congregation located in Beulaville, North Carolina. Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastor to serve as the spiritual leader of our congregation. The ideal candidate will possess a heart for ministry, a deep knowledge of the Bible, and a strong commitment to the Baptist faith and values. As the primary leader of our church, candidate will provide biblical preaching, spiritual guidance, and leadership for our church family, while helping us grow in our mission to serve God and our community.
Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach the Word of God with sound doctrine, passion, and relevance.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance to members and visitors.
• Lead and facilitate worship services, including planning and conducting weekly services.
• Oversee and lead church ministries, programs, and outreach efforts.
• Work closely with church staff, deacons, and ministry leaders to coordinate church activities.
• Support and encourage church members in their spiritual growth and discipleship.
• Develop and lead Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other small group opportunities.
• Visit church and community members.
• Represent the church in the community and in denominational activities.
Leadership skills:
• Ability to relate to a diverse congregation and provide compassionate care.

Qualifications:
• A deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ, with a calling to pastoral ministry.
• A degree in theology, divinity, or a related field
• Ordained as a minister
• At least 3-5 years of pastoral experience in a Baptist church or similar ministry setting.
• Strong preaching and teaching abilities, with a passion for biblical exegesis and application.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• A heart for outreach, evangelism, and community involvement
